====Managing Symbols====

You manage your list of [[symbols|symbols]] from the [[Administration Page|Administration page]].

The symbol list follows the same structure as all of the other [[admin lists|admin lists]] and can be used to add and delete symbols from your library.

===Adding Symbols===

Like [[ardibasics:3d Model|3D models]], symbols are downloaded from the web.

Unlike 3D models, each symbol library file can contain a //number// of different symbols. They are often put together for specific industry or application needs (ie. valves, pumping etc.).

To add symbols to your ARDI database, simply press **Add New Symbol(s)** from the symbol list, drag in you symbol file, and press **Add Symbol(s)**.
