===Description===

This function combines two lists of the same type into a new list containing all of the //distinct// items.

If **A** is ('Alpha', 'Beta', 'Gamma') and **B** is ('Gamma', 'Delta', 'Epsilon'), the resulting list would be...

('Alpha', 'Beta','Gamma', 'Delta', 'Epsilon')

Note that the duplicate 'Gamma' has been removed.
